Michael Saulnier, IIBEC FL 2025 Mentor of the Year – Mike is personally responsible for helping many study for and pass the IIBEC RRO and RRC exams. He has spent countless hours answering questions and participating in and organizing the RRO and RRC study groups. There is no doubt this award is greatly deserved. Mike Saulnier thank you so much for all your help and for being such a great mentor to many!
Jose Nieves, IIBEC FL 2025 Committee Member of the Year – Jose has raised his hand to help with anything and everything possible. He helps out on multiple IIBEC FL committees and continues to take the initiative to ask, “How else can I help” or “Would you like me to do this or that”. He diligently follows through with tasks he accepts and reports back to the board when the project has been completed. For all of these reasons, the IIBEC FL Board is pleased to recognize and honor Jose Nieves with this award!
Marylynn DeGesero, IIBEC FL 2025 Volunteer of the Year: Marylynn has done an outstanding job assisting the IIBEC FL Board with our internal organization and in helping us qualify, this year and last, for our Platinum Level Chapter Award. She keeps the Board on our toes by asking questions, ensuring we are doing what we are supposed to be doing, prodding when necessary (all too often it is), and filing documentation of our activities. She is smart, reliable, and detail-oriented. For all this the Board would like to recognize and thank our admin, Marylynn DeGesero.
